how I do my quarantine breakfast

some of my breakfasts for the last three weeks

OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

topped with:

- rasberries

- blueberries

- honey

- peanut butter

- flax seeds

- amaranth seeds

For the oatmeal, I mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal with some greek yogurt and maple syrup, then leave it in the fridge overnight.



SAUTÉED TOMATOES ON TOAST

- sourdough bread (toasted)

- butter

- cherry tomatoes

- flax seeds

- mixed herbs

- salt

- pepper

- eggs


BERRY MORNING SMOOTHIE BOWL

- strawberries

- rasberries

- blueberries

- ice cubes

- greek yogurt

- honey

topped with:

- strawberries

- blueberries

- homemade granola (will post soon promise ;))


HOMEMADE BREAD WITH POTATO SALAD & SPINACH

- sautéed spinach with salt, pepper and seasoning

- potato salad with dill, stilton, salt and pepper

- my mum's homemade bread (don't really know how she made it oops)


SMASHED BANANA TOAST

(this is kinda like avocado toast but with bananas)

- toasted whole grain toast

- smashed banana mixed with cinnamon and some honey

put them in the oven to heat the banana slightly

topped afterwards with:

- amaranth seeds

- crushed almond
